We offer support via Discord through a special Ticket System for Ultimate Users

Our Discord Ticket System allows us to keep a good overview about support cases and makes sure that all responsible team members can take part. This way, we can provide a smooth supporting service for both you and us.
Note: Our Ticket System is only available for Ultimate Users. You can get access to the Ticket System and other hidden channels by providing and confirming your License Key. To do so, simply add "PORYBOT" in Discord and send your license key via DM (as text!)
You can find your license key inside the launcher at the bottom left corner. Click on it to copy to clipboard.
Check ourand page before creating a ticket and make sure to read information about specific features you are needing support for!
To create a ticket, head over to our Discord Server(assuming you got access to hidden channels) and go to the "#create-ticket" channel. Click on "Create ticket":
A new private ticket channel is now created for your case. This may take a few seconds:
You can now describe your case under the following aspects:
- Tell us your problem in straight and detailed words and include possible important information, such as the bot type you are using(LevelBot, HealBot, etc..) and its settings! Please don't let us ask plenty of questions to slowly find out details.
- Include the Logs you may encounter along with your issue. You can see the Logs at the bottom left corner on your running PoryBot-Z Profile.
- We are supporting English and German only! If your screenshots or videos contain any relevant information in a different language, please provide a corresponding translation.
We may simply reply with a matching link from our Wiki if your question is already covered there!
Send your message in the channel and wait for a reply. We do our best to reply as fast as possible.
If your case has been solved or you don't need help anymore, please close the ticket by clicking the "Close" button at the very top of the channel:
Confirm it by clicking "Close" on the new appeared message:
- Provide proper screenshots and/or videos if needed, where we can see everything necessary. For recording you can use our. Please do not record with your phone!
